OWNER

Tara founded Tingalls Graphic Design in 2000 with a passion for helping her clients with quick-turn, beautiful branding solutions to stand out in a crowded marketplace. What began as a freelance side hustle quickly grew into a full-service marketing agency serving startups, nonprofits, and small businesses throughout Wisconsin.

With more than 25 years of experience, Tara is recognized as a trusted marketing consultant, speaker, and educator, helping organizations make confident marketing decisions—from logo design to custom website development, SEO, AI, and digital marketing strategies.

When she's not helping clients grow their businesses, Tara enjoys spending time with her family and is a 20-year Madison South Rotarian. She also enjoys swimming, movies, and long coffee dates.

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER/
PROJECT MANAGER

Kallie has been an integral part of the Tingalls team for since 2013. After beginning her career in fashion PR, Kallie quickly discovered her true passion for graphic design, illustration, and typography.

As Tingalls' Senior Graphic Designer and dedicated Project Manager, she guides projects from concept through completion, keeping clients informed, timelines on track, and every detail moving smoothly.

Her kind, friendly, and incredibly patient approach makes her a trusted resource for clients and teammates alike.

Outside the office, Kallie enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, running, antique shopping, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

After spending more than 10 years in the medical field, Nicole decided to follow her passion for graphic design and illustration—and she's never looked back. She joined Tingalls as an intern in 2018 and was promoted to Graphic Designer just two months later.

Nicole has a true gift for hand-lettering, custom illustration, and photography. She's also incredibly skilled in Procreate, creating one-of-a-kind artwork that adds personality and creativity to her clients' brands.

Outside of work, Nicole is plant-obsessed and enjoys riding dirt bikes with her husband and son, camping, thrifting, and searching for unique rocks.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Katie joined Tingalls in 2025 after working as an in-house corporate designer, where she created marketing materials and brand assets for a national hotel chain.

A lifelong artist, trained illustrator, and talented painter, Katie brings creativity, storytelling, and fresh ideas to every project. She's also known around the office as our “resident fashionista”, adding extra style and personality to our team.

Outside of work, Katie loves traveling, thrifting, live music, and spending time with family and friends.

SECURITY & SNUGGLE SPECIALIST

With a bark to announce every visitor, Boost takes his role as the office’s unofficial door alarm very seriously. But after a quick sniff, he’s as sweet as pie. Boost is an expert at encouraging productivity, often reminding the team that snack breaks are important too.

VICE PRESIDENT OF BELLY RUBS

With her calm demeanor and soulful eyes, Sage helps keep the office stress-free and full of dog hair. She’s a pro at reminding the team to take a moment and breathe—preferably while giving her a good belly rub. Outside of work, Sage loves morning walks with her mom, digging holes in the yard to lay in, and cold and snowy days.

SENIOR SNACK STRATEGISTS

Always ready with a wag and a smile, Champ (left) and Theo (right) bring energy and joy to the workday. Whether greeting clients or sneaking treats, Champ’s “pawsitivity” is contagious. Theo on the other hand, you will find curled up napping the day away.  When they are off-duty, they enjoy chasing squirrels, playing tug-of-war, and wrestling with each other.
